RiskGATOR Beta
Phase 2
You’ve seen what RiskGATOR can do. Now help us validate it.
A limited opportunity for clinical laboratories to put RiskGATOR through its next stage of real-world validation.
Beta Phase 2 at a Glance
A Short, Structured Validation Opportunity
RiskGATOR Beta Phase 2 is a short, structured validation opportunity for laboratories willing to use real laboratory data, provide meaningful feedback, and help verify that RiskGATOR works as intended in real-world laboratory environments.
RiskGATOR Beta Phase 2 brings together a select group of laboratories to help validate the platform using real laboratory data and real-world quality-control scenarios. Participants will work directly with the AWEsome Numbers team, provide structured feedback, and help us ensure that RiskGATOR delivers reliable, meaningful risk intelligence before commercial release.
Apply for Beta Phase 2
Beta 1 participants: You already helped build the foundation. You’ll receive priority consideration for Beta Phase 2 and recognition as a RiskGATOR Founding Laboratory.
Apply for Beta Phase 2Were you part of Beta 1?
This is your opportunity to continue the journey — and to be recognized as a RiskGATOR Founding Laboratory.
This Isn’t Just Another Software Beta
Laboratories participating in Beta Phase 2 will have an opportunity to:
Put RiskGATOR to Work
Use the platform with your laboratory’s QC data and see how it translates routine QC information into operational risk intelligence.
Help Validate the Platform
Your real-world experience will help us verify calculations, workflows, reporting, and usability across different laboratory environments.
Influence What Comes Next
Your feedback will help identify improvements and refinements before RiskGATOR moves toward commercial release.
Work Directly With the Team
Participants will have opportunities to communicate directly with the AWEsome Numbers team throughout the validation process.

What Happens in Beta Phase 2?
A structured validation process — how Beta Phase 2 works, complementing how RiskGATOR itself works.
Onboard
We’ll work with your laboratory to understand your QC environment and prepare your data for RiskGATOR.
Upload
Provide appropriate laboratory QC data for analysis.
Evaluate
Use RiskGATOR to examine QC performance, identify meaningful risk, and explore the resulting insights.
Review
Work with our team to examine results, questions, unexpected findings, and opportunities for improvement.
Feedback
Provide structured feedback about the platform, results, workflows, and laboratory experience.
Validate
Your experience contributes to the broader validation of RiskGATOR as we prepare for commercial release.
Designed to Be Focused and Practical
Beta Phase 2 is designed as a focused validation program — not an open-ended software-testing commitment. The validation period is expected to take place over weeks rather than months, with participation structured around specific validation objectives and opportunities to provide meaningful feedback.
What We Ask of Participating Laboratories
Real Laboratory Data
Provide appropriate QC data that allows RiskGATOR to be evaluated in a real-world environment.
Meaningful Engagement
Participate in the agreed validation activities and communicate questions or observations.
Honest Feedback
Tell us what works, what doesn’t, and where the experience can be improved.
A Willingness to Explore
You don’t need to be a software expert. We need laboratory professionals who understand their own QC environment and are willing to help us evaluate ours.
You do not need to replace your existing QC process. RiskGATOR is designed to layer intelligence onto the QC processes laboratories already use.
Were You Part of RiskGATOR Beta 1?
You helped build the foundation. Now help us validate what comes next.
Beta 1 participants gave us something we could not have obtained through development alone: real-world laboratory experience. Your data, questions, feedback, and participation helped us understand how RiskGATOR needs to work in actual laboratory environments.
As we move into Beta Phase 2, we want to continue that relationship.
Beta 1 participants will receive:
- Priority invitation to Beta Phase 2
- Opportunities to contribute additional validation data
- Updates as major validation milestones are reached
- Early visibility into platform developments
- Direct access to the RiskGATOR team during validation
- Recognition as a RiskGATOR Founding Laboratory
RiskGATOR Founding Laboratory
“I helped validate the next generation of laboratory risk intelligence.”
Didn’t Participate in Beta 1?
There’s still an opportunity to be part of the next phase.
We’re opening a limited number of Beta Phase 2 opportunities to laboratories that weren’t part of the original program. You don’t need to have participated in Beta 1. What matters is that your laboratory has an appropriate QC environment, relevant data, and a willingness to participate in a structured validation process.
Apply for Beta Phase 2Beta Phase 2 may be a good fit if your laboratory:
- Performs routine statistical QC
- Has QC data available for analysis
- Has laboratory professionals who understand the QC process
- Is interested in risk-based quality management
- Wants to explore how existing QC data can provide greater operational insight
- Is willing to provide structured feedback during validation
Let’s Be Clear About What Beta Phase 2 Is — and Isn’t
What We’re Validating
We are evaluating RiskGATOR across several dimensions:
Accuracy
Do calculations and analytical outputs match the validated reference results?
Reliability
Does the platform consistently produce the expected results across different scenarios?
Usability
Can laboratory professionals understand and use the information effectively?
Workflow
Does RiskGATOR fit logically into real laboratory quality processes?
Actionability
Does the information help laboratory professionals identify and prioritize meaningful quality risks?
Participant Experience
Can laboratories successfully onboard, provide data, evaluate results, and provide useful feedback?
Help Us Take RiskGATOR From Promising Technology to Validated Laboratory Tool
RiskGATOR was built around a simple idea: laboratories already have valuable QC data. The next step is turning that data into meaningful, actionable risk intelligence. Beta Phase 2 is the next step in proving that vision in the real world — and previous Beta participants will receive priority consideration and Founding Laboratory recognition.
Will your laboratory help us validate it?
